    Brief Overview


    The push plate kiln is a high-yield, low-energy kiln type with an energy saving rate of 8-15%. Generally, good-quality push plate kilns are made of vacuum-formed high-purity alumina polylight materials. Lightweight hollow spherical alumina plates are used for easy-to-touch and load-bearing positions (furnace mouth and furnace bottom) for taking and placing materials. The advantages of these two types of refractory are high operating temperature, small heat storage, resistance to rapid heating and cooling, no cracks, no slag, and good thermal insulation performance. The use of these two materials can increase its energy saving effect by more than half.


    Composition


    1. Electric heating element: Different electric heating elements are used as heating elements according to different temperature requirements.


    2. Furnace shell: Generally made of steel plates welded together, and made into different shapes according to needs and differences.


    3. Bracket: used to support the weight of the furnace body.


    4. Furnace chamber: Commonly used are corundum, alumina, high-purity alumina, imported Morgan fiber, silicon carbide, etc. It can suspend or build heating elements around.


    5. Furnace lining: The main function of the furnace lining is to ensure the temperature of the furnace is stable and to minimize heat loss. Insulating materials are used near the furnace shell, and refractory materials are used near the heating element.


    6. Power lead: The function of the power lead is to ensure the safe connection between the electric heating body and the power supply. It is generally made of copper and requires a certain cross-sectional area, otherwise it will heat up or even burn. The power lead should be insulated from the furnace shell.

    Application


    Mainly used for large-scale production of new powder materials, such as aluminum cobaltate, electronic grade titanium oxide, BaTiO3, etc. It is also used for the sintering of magnetic materials, calcining of magnetic material raw materials, calcining of rare earth materials, and mass production of structural ceramics and electronic ceramics.


    Notice


    1. If you use too much force when closing the furnace door, it will cause the furnace door to degenerate and the sealing strip to be damaged over time. In severe cases, the furnace door may need to be replaced.


    2. The temperature used exceeds the problem marked on the equipment, which will damage the electric heating element.


    3. The operating temperature is too much lower than the rated temperature, which will cause the electric heating element to oxidize at low temperature and affect the service life of the electric heating element.


    4. If the furnace door is left open for a long time when not in use, it will cause the furnace to get damp. In severe cases, the furnace refractory material may need to be replaced.


    5. The placement location is uneven, and vibration will occur during operation. Long-term vibration will cause the following components in the furnace to loosen or break.
